I joke that chicken soup cures everything but not in an actual sense. I’d ask what’s wrong with people but I already know.

We are all more than a little bit exhausted of dealing with the Hashtag Resistance BlueAnon "how dare you have fun, there are people starving right outside your window!!" lectures. If 100% of your posts are politics, you match the pattern, and your comment sounds like it too, you will get blocked.

That’s absolutely lovely. I think Mother is the right choice!

All but one of my cats have been orange. The one holdout was half Siamese, so he was special in his own way, lol.

They may share a single brain cell with every other orange cat out there, but I love them!

(I still giggle at the memory, but I’ve also prayed for forgiveness for disrespecting a priest, though I made absolutely sure she could never hear any of my irreverent sass).

Love it!

Random anecdote: my cousin married in the episcopal church. Their priest was kinda mean and looked a *lot* like Martha Stewart.

We (ok, me) called her Mother Martha behind her back. I joked later that I could picture her with the book of common prayer in one hand and a riding crop in the other.

That makes me want to vomit.

That’s both wonderful and terrible all in one package.

I want to weep with gratitude for all you do - how many people got to eat Thanksgiving dinner with their families this year, who’d otherwise have been dead and buried?

Well done.

One of the most hysterically sacrilegious things I’ve ever seen was a baby Jesus butt plug.

I can’t figure out if it’s still sold because some dude apparently wrote a novel by the same name. 😂
