What's hilarious is that competent programmers, as well as people studying programming for the very first time, know that all code you write after about 4 hours is garbage. Totally useless, none of it worth salvaging.

I'm glad that Stranger Things seems to be abandoning the Freudian excesses of season 4. I am less glad that the Duffer Brothers feel the need to nail down a perfect LORE explanation for every single thing that happens in the story.

We have a hard rule that devices go away when the movie starts and whoever breaks that rule generally gets badgered until they put the phone back away in this house.
An experiment I recommend is putting your phone on silent on the other side of a room, or in a different room, from wherever you're watching a movie.

Made apple chilli and corn bread for dinner tonight.
Was a bit worried because the chilli recipe I used didn't call for any salt but, yeah, didn't need to worry. The chipotles in adobo provided all the salt the dish needed. The dish is also somewhat spicier than I expected.
