Fixating on the UK and start fighting for the future of a stronger and more united EU. That battle has not yet been fault but is very definitely pending. The current generation of politicians is not in much of a state to win it.

Now other countries are doing the same.
The risk of atomisation is growing, with some on the right calling for an end to qualified majority voting, thus redefining the EU as a voluntary association with no power to enforce anything, anywhere, anytime.

Friend of the family and can see the agony they live with every single day, and the fear of learning one day- as they will- that he either died for want of medical treatment for his long term conditions or was just another dead guy among hundreds in a riot.

The Mexican embassy in Quito but the police stormed the building, violating all diplomatic norms, to seize him again. He is not held in one of the most terrifying jails on Earth in Guayaquil, where 2 weeks ago 31 prisoners were killed in rioting- 27 of them hanged by opposing gang members.
