new pardon about to drop.

I think the problem is more at the Albany level, as Mamdani can either have goodwill with the Governor or he can have an avowed enemy trying to stifle everything he attempts.

Establishment Dems can only take the boat being rocked so much.

No one who liked you would ever let you publish this about yourself.

They may or may not get their target cancelled. Successfully tricking an institution into firing a teacher or changing a curriculum is a stretch goal; all they *really* want to do is get attention for *themselves* and monetize this attention.
December 3, 2025 at 4:02 PM
The way it looks to me is, left-wing students wanted to accomplish something even if their strategy didn't make sense - get attention for Problem X, maybe make progress on that problem a little more possible.

Right-wing students don't want to solve a problem, just turn on the grifter faucet.

It's not "strong floor, no ceiling," it's "strong rope, no floor."

For what it's worth, this is my most graveyard-using deck out of all of them, I don't wanna get Bojuka Bogged very much when I am playing this one either.
December 2, 2025 at 6:25 PM
Other people trying to use Gyruda in their deck generally try the Use Many Clones option to try and get that trigger to keep firing, but that always just seems incredibly boring to me. It's mostly there as my Companion because it's a large mill effect to go with Mothman and do neat stuff.
December 2, 2025 at 6:24 PM
The craziest thing pulled off so far remains turn two Oath of Druids into milling several lands in a row and Lumra off the top. Usually the deck tries to drop Mothman as soon as possible and plays an aggro-tempo game, since it isn't really *that* built to stretch into the long game.
December 2, 2025 at 6:22 PM
The top of the curve. I keep feeling the deck is a bit too top-heavy, but haven't worked the balance out quite right yet. As long as the game is going to take a while that balance can be off a bit, but this deck can feel a bit aggressive to people which speeds things up and makes that matter more.
December 2, 2025 at 6:20 PM
The bottom of the curve. Most recent addition is Ebondeath, Dracolich - I keep trying to find it a good home and figured the self-mill deck would use it the best, as it's likelier to see it.

Drawing it with Altar of Dementia and Cabal Coffers being online is probably gross. I wanna try and do it.
December 2, 2025 at 6:16 PM
it's just one Bojuka Bog, Erin, how much could it cost?
December 2, 2025 at 6:11 PM
The Instants: countermagic and spot removal. Reins of Power mostly there to go with Altar of Dementia, but the one time I pulled it off so far it was really sweet and it's a decent trick at an attractive rate regardless.

V.A.T.S. always overperforms, it's never been anything less than fantastic.
