I relate more to this composer because did put in the work but no one is going to talk about it. I don't even think the OST even stands out that much but I can see myself being slightly annoyed that my work wasn't even considered

It's why I can't really relate to the fans are genuinely hurt that XC3 didn't win best soundtrack. Even if it won that still wouldn't add anything to the conversation

Finished the quest and all its subchapters? Great! Now every mission has a brand new scenario (aka hard mode) and even new routes towards fresh subchapters!

The odds are stacked against you here and you'll be clawing for any attainable wallsplats, floor mines or ring outs to scrape through.

Something I have a fondness for is its use of existing chatacters to role-play rhe scenario of the adventure... casting your destined battler as the narrative's rival [EDGAR], a dungeon full of Lizardmen, etc.

It's thrifty, sure, but the charm of this being almost a stage play outweighs it tenfold.
