cabbage pancake (+cabbage, flour, egg, salt, minced meat), serve with okonomiyaki sauce
egg (+msg, sugar, soy sauce)
kimchi jiggae (kimchi, seaweed, dashi powder, porkbroth, garlic fish sauce, msg, sugar, gochugaru) -> the closest i got to making it taste like the one got at a restaurant once!

cabbage/carrot "Som Tum"! I don't have easy access to papaya here, so i made the sauce (fermented fish "pla ra", fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, fresh chili, garlic with tomatoes) and pounded it in a mortar with cabbage and carrots. it's close enough, actually! eaten with breaded fish #food

Was on the market for a new planner for next year and found two by kinbor I really liked. One is undated, the horse one is dated. The layout and possibly the paper too is similar to hobonichi. Unlike hobonichi, kinbor doesn't bleed my wallet :')
