You can also set the a default platform in the DefaultGame.ini file; More info here from my colleague Zhi Kang: dev.epicgames.com/community/le...
PSA: Unreal Engine 5.7.0 - Greyed out Cook Content and Package Project buttons require a selected platform | Knowledge base
Pay mind that in UE 5.7.0 you must select a platform for the Cook Content or Package Project actions in Unreal Editor.
