The “kill them all” order by SecDef Hegseth would be a textbook war crime even if the original attack had been legal.
It is unfathomable that the USG lawyers would sign off on a no-survivors boat strike (no get of jail free card).

All this talk about the the Trump administration potentially going to war in Venezuela to serve some well connected rich people’s business interests, when in actuality that’s a big part of why the Trump administration is trying to get Ukraine to surrender.
