At this point, a random Dem base wine mom would have at least 1/3 odds of taking out an incumbent Dem. Just file anyone whose utmost loyalty is to democracy and has unlimited aggression in defending it, and see what happens.

Ezra is just a weak person. No morals beyond being agreeable. The more you see how he acted with Charlie Kirk and now birthright citizenship, it’s obvious.

The only leverage now would be for the Dem Govs to flat out refuse to obey any SCOTUS orders. Once you trigger that, we are in the Cool Zone. Because the Insurrection Act will be invoked at that point.
