We took advantage of Opt Outside Day today and visited the Indiana Dunes State Park. The nature center has some reptiles on display and this sign was on the enclosure of a rat snake. I have never felt more seen.

This is an elite Waffle House. There’s a cast of old man regulars, the cook is 3rd string because 1&2 are at family funeral and jail, and there’s a cattle dog tied to a truck (in the shade) in the parking lot. Waffles are real fluffy too.

I live in a small college town in Indiana. The local playhouse is doing a production of Rocky Horror. They posted this cast picture on facebook. The Rocky costume is a LOT for before 9am.
