I'm sorry to hear that. You don't deserve to go through that. Maybe its the weather but you are still valid in what you feel. Trauma stays within our body and it comes and goes and sometimes endlessly. Whats most important is giving yourself grace to breathe about it.

I've had my share of dealing with people like that. Those people were never your friends, especially to that consideration and care, it makes them bullies. To laugh at you in comparison and treat you as competition, they are already below you for that. You aren't deserving of that treatment.
