#sourdough loaves 4 and 5. Loaf 4 was gifted to my MIL, it’s her birthday today!
Even though slightly underfermented, still tasted so, so good!
Tomorrow I’ll start working on loaf 6, and maybe 7…

Yesterday, the last day of grade 10, my son and his buddy brought a cake with a photo of his teacher and “I Sing with Mr. Singh” printed on it.
Look at Mr. Singh’s delighted face! The boys intended it as a gag for their potluck.
