Tomahawks were never happening for Ukraine. There's no viable delivery platform, they're not stealthy, they're very expensive, they're old and finicky to use, they're pretty reliant on GPS, etc.

My highschool chemistry teacher had a GED (at 15), she also had a PhD. Not sure indexing on the GED is that great.
