PS. I have a friend ‘in town’ who always bags his leaves and dumps them (with permission and appreciation using heavy-duty reusable bags) at my house where I have the space and interest in them.

I get pretty excited about Pleiades this time of year (top middle, brightest cluster).

My yard is a well-intentioned protest.

I’ll throw out this tidbit without judgement, when you mow the leaves you might be chopping up lightning bugs and moths (I stopped mowing leaves years ago).

Only if the reason was light pollution and not clouds.

Maybe it will be free to celebrate its centennial.

Because nobody can afford to read it.

Oh for sure, but it would be a cheap way to travel.
