Spoke with a source who told me the call volume is so high, a call center for both Mastercard & Visa is bringing out pizza and ice cream so agents don’t quite amid the rush. Long waits are causing dropped calls.

For anyone else who has been struggling to find a software to make an artbook, zine, guide, the term for the software is "Desktop Page Layout" and the name of one to start with is Scribus.
13 months, off and on, of trying to find software capable of doing that... Hope this can save you some time.
