Yes indeed! I use a pile of old abandonware tools (MapZone, World Creator, Genetica, Texture Maker, Bryce, and others) and no AI whatsoever! Truly old school procedural/algorithmic generation with shaders and texture software, lots of tedious step-by-step layering, and hand editing :)

I've got a good workflow down for making new ones, so it wouldn't be too difficult, it will just take a bit of time! I'd love to expand on the pack a bit, and these are some great suggestions

That's sort of what I did after running into walls in multiple game dev projects.. Ended up with so many unused assets that still could serve a purpose, I decided to make them available :P
