The problem with me getting 8 hours of sleep on the CPAP is that now it's 4 am and I've been tired/unfocused enough that I can't do anything productive or read my book, but I'm not actually tired enough to sleep.

@ktfitt87.bsky.social and I are pretty much Leslie Knope and Ben Wyatt, but if Leslie was a doctor and Ben was permanently in his Cones of Dunshire/Requiem for a Tuesday phase (and also happy about it).
