Sorry to hear. Same here w/ local close friends, nephew, niece. All church-goers. Hear it ALL THE TIME. "If you LOVE JESUS, you vote Republican." Esp in Tx & other red areas. Formerly all Blue- bc?...60's Civil Rts Acts. "We're not RACISTS!" Riiiiight ..OR sexists. Rt? Bc the BIBLE says...oh, WAIT!

RARELY use cash OR checks. Play the "rewards game" w/ cc's. Using one now: Spend $500- get $200 rewards. Duh! Just finished another- Spend $1000 get $200 rewards. Routinely get 5-6% rewards on groceries, gas, bills. Adds up. Wanted to give Salvation Army cash today- no small bills. Catch 'em later.
