Paid a visit to the taco truck that fed me a couple nights a week in high school. 22 years later and the veggie quesadilla plate tastes exactly the same and it’s still incredible.

Also, lets stop encouraging indie authors to publish every quarter. Fuck that! If you can do that and not burn out? Cool! But the rest of us? Oh, you might get lucky with two books a year.

The new Running Man movie has some flaws, but includes an interesting depiction of how corporations attempt to suppress labour union organizing.

Just added it to our list of labour unions in SFF: docs.google.com/spreadsheets...

if you're one person making a comic by yourself, don't treat yourself like you should function on the same level as comics that have multiple people working on them. your backgrounds can be squiggles and colors.

allow yourself room to be abstract with details and give yourself some grace

🎁 For this holiday season, consider gifting COLOR TASTE TEXTURE! It’s a great primer for people of all ages with little to no experience cooking. If you have some neurodivergent friends and family, or parents of littles, they might love this! It’s not just a cookbook, it’s a new approach to food. 🎁
I’m an Autistic classically trained chef and I wrote a food aversion acceptance cookbook and guide titled COLOR TASTE TEXTURE, that’s all about finding out what works for specific sensory needs and how to customize food for them. It’s useful for all ages, no cooking experience necessary.
Color Taste Texture by Matthew Broberg-Moffitt: 9780593538593 | PenguinRandomHouse.com: Books
An accessible family cookbook that offers solutions rather than tricks to empower the food-averse, autistic, and picky eater, with 46 recipes. This much-needed cookbook combines tips and techniques.....

NOVEMBER HIGHLIGHTS!
Hello and happy Sunday! I can't believe that tomorrow the last month of the year will start, but... here we are!! And so today it's the right time to take a look back and see how November went. Reading-wise wise it was a really good month, even if I wanted to read all the books all together. And lately, I am in a funk so I don't really know what I want to read, but I will figure something out.

I wrote this rant after the first post, and it's gonna be buried and no one will see it since I put it under the first post

I need more people to see it:
I'd like to take this time to rant about how much I despise the example sentence they made up. As in, I despise that they're using it as an example to clown on. It's legitimately fucking awesome and I'd read a book with those words.
