🔍 The fellow (or small team) will:
- Assess shifts in community interest in large-scale land acquisitions
- Engage with leaders in the community ownership sector
- Identify barriers and opportunities for future acquisitions
- Produce a report, case study, and workshop to inform policy and practice

This fellowship will investigate why applications to the Scottish Land Fund for major community buyouts have declined in recent years, and identify practical steps to support communities to once again take ownership of the land they live and work on.
