As board member, this role will share responsibilities that contribute to the success of the QTC community. These include planning QTC conference events, attending various conference meetings, helping with QTC social media accounts, and organising the QTC mixer.

As board member, this role will share responsibilities that contribute to the success of the QTC community. These include planning QTC conference events, attending various conference meetings, helping with QTC social media accounts, and organising the QTC mixer.
The Secretary manages the Alex Doty Mentorship Programme with the Junior Co-Chair (pairing up new participants in the program and checking in on existing pairs each year) and takes minutes during the annual conference meeting.
