I pled “not guilty” in federal court yesterday.

Someone did “unreasonably obstruct the usual use” of the 10th floor of 26 Federal Plaza.

But it wasn’t me.

Slovak President Peter Pellegrini has come out against using EU funds for military aid to Ukraine, claiming it only prolongs the war. In an STVR interview, he urged support for US-Russia talks instead and argued that funds should go toward Ukraine’s post-war recovery, not defense.

The wife was too exhausted to down climb and their rope was too short for the rappels.

Explained that the legal problems with the killing spree at sea far go beyond the September 2nd incident.

Premeditated killing outside of armed conflict is called murder.

And there is no armed conflict.

I mean, who says they’d stop at the reconstruction amendments. “Right to vote shall not be abridged based on sex” - if we’re just tossing the plain language of the constitution, why not women’s suffrage?
what follows immediately after the birthright clause? the privileges and immunities and due process clauses? and what follows them? the equal protection clause. all of this is explicitly to say, "the declaration is the constitutional law of the land"
