Watched a short video I made of my sister riding a bike share in Florence a few years back. Look how narrow the street is -- they were still able to add a protected bike lane even with street parking!

The posted speed limit on Taft is 60 kph for light vehicles. It's past time to slow it down!

Looks like the next phase of the Pasig River Esplanade is being constructed. Can't wait for it to be connected to Fort Santiago -- there's a pretty nice riverwalk section full of shade trees!

It is 934 am and the next Escolta ferry schedule is 11 am 👁️ I'm biking back to Makati lol. I wish they would add a shit ton more ferries because I swear this would be a more popular commute option if headways weren't an hour!

Attempted to take the Pasig River Ferry to Escolta to do some Christmas shopping at Divisoria but the ferry is full 🥹 I'll try the Escolta upstream later if there's space

So Ayala Triangle took out the steps where ppl would eat, hang out, and do stuff to replace them with...plants. I know the phase isn't finished yet but where are we supposed to sit?

Took Gil Puyat (Buendia) LRT all the way to Dr. A. Santos today, and it took less than 20 minutes! What a win for public transport 🤩 Dr. A. Santos is a bit out of the way for me going home, but next time I'll stop at MIA station. Still prefer biking to go home but this is a great option

Stopped by Ayala Triangle for the first time in a few weeks and happy to report that it looks like they're keeping the green space I thought they'd remove 🥹 They did take out seating in favor of a walking path, but maybe they'll add more in the final iteration
