Do you have a happy light? I use mine regularly in the morning. I start before the time changes, and have used it for several years. For me it makes a difference. Maybe one on your desk would help?

There was a cardiac arrest in one of the townhouses on the 2nd level. For some reason, they couldn't take the stairs to take them out, so they had to remove them through the upstairs window. I live a few doors down.

I agree. It isn't as good as I thought it would be, but I still like it in an odd way.
