Big same, I fucking /hate/ annual performance reviews. Luckily I have studies/protocols/reports I can just list and call it a day. I don’t talk myself up, I just state what I did in plain terms. I know it’s not good for “personal growth” or more $$$ but it’s exhausting advocating for yourself.
