I’ll pick red onions pickled with lime juice and salt over vinegar and sugar any day, and while I do love both but the first is therapeutic. Paired with tandoori chicken 😍. More details in the alt text of the image.

I had beech mushrooms I needed to use, so I made a stir fry of a coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, and homemade chili crisp oil sauce and sautéed in farm sorrel and broccolini, cashews, and more garlic, 🍄‍🟫, and topped with sesame seeds, Thai basil, sprouts, and more cashews on rice noodles. It was 💯.
