A Canadian military family member who moves as part of the requirements for service should NEVER see these moves as a stumbling block. IMHO, those should be seen positive attributes.

Yeah I think it kicked in pretty much as soon as they realized how badly they blew the call on airborne transmission. So much since has just been a panicked attempt to manufacture evidence that their arrogance didn't kill millions of people.
