There’s not one tl for it, but for example, “He’s so babygirl!!” could be a version of 尊い, or “cinnamon roll” (slightly dated), or “my shayla” lol…
It’s something that is fannish and slangy in JP, so it works best if you replace it with the same sort of statements people use in EN for their faves
