ive been working on a lot of test and pitch pages the last few months trying to get things moving and finally realized that if i forgo inks in my backgrounds and just paint them i get a final result that im particularly pleased with

He caught and utilized The Single Brain Cell last session and I'm so proud of him

I likely won't release the last two comics on socials, because I just don't think they make much sense out-of-context and I haven't the energy to add the pages to give them context

BUT

I am still really proud of them lol

these are so lovely! I love the round shapes and streamlined details. The color palettes, too, I love the choices of green!

I finally feel like I'm back to making stuff like I used to, pre-2024, like the way my favorite Tam comics looked. Took me a while to find my footing again after being out of practice. I'm excited to make more stuff!
