The only down side?

It went so well that I’ve now been asked to handle the menu for Christmas. And we’re hoping there’ll be more of us coming from out of town.

The two items mí tía brought were absolutely gross so I’m the only that can be trusted to cook.

Everyone took leftovers and to go plates!

We had Ropa Vieja, Rotisserie Chicken, Sweet Potato Honey Bun cake, Congri and salad.
