US, I was getting my name changed with the federal government. My name's been changed on a state level for months but I needed an appointment to get it changed federally. Took only a few days for the change to propagate.

took less than a full week to get my updated documents, meanwhile new jersey ghosted me for SIX WEEKS!!!

One of my friends got whats called a neuropsych evaluation and that's what got him a real diagnosis but really treating your symptoms is treating the problem: mental illnesses are just social constructs to name certain groupings of symptoms
