As fun as RP is, if I am RPing then I'm not using that time/energy for art or writing my personal stories, and my own art and personal stories are probably more important when it all comes down to it...

I don't really want to leave any of the RP communities I'm in because I do like them and the people in them. By "soft retiring" I guess I mean by cutting back to just one character and have less ongoing threads for that character, maybe by at least half of my current amount.

Yeah usually I only draw if I know it's the last thing I'm doing in the day because I will draw until I pass out to sleep for the night. I will lock in to the art and only the art until I have no more consciousness left.
