A station at Center would serve TriMet employees at the Center St garage much easier, closer to the denser center of the Brooklyn neighborhood and both closed stops still have 17 access

Worst ridership of any yellow line station, surrounded by industrial zoning that aren’t big trip generators, area can be accessed by busses 35 and 40 that run down Interstate in this section, I can’t foresee this stop being useful even after AVT is built out
