I have a proposal to close both of these stops and infill at SE 17th Ave and Center
A station at Center would serve TriMet employees at the Center St garage much easier, closer to the denser center of the Brooklyn neighborhood and both closed stops still have 17 access

Please someone in the Portland music scene steal this idea, but I’ve always thought that a great way to bring some life back to Old Town is to host a music festival similar to the way that Capitol Hill Block Party in Seattle is set up. There’s space to make it an even bigger festival than Seattle!
