HALLO BAKED POTATO. My dear gardening friend supplied me with some homegrown red goodness that I then stuffed in a hot oven. Shown shortly before I drowned it in red leicester and baked beans.
On a ceramic, multicoloured plate sit two jacket potatoes baked with olive oil and sea salt, with slices of butter melting into the cross cut into the soft potato. Mmmm.
