The heavy rain missed Catford #parkrun but that didn’t really help as my legs were very tired from Wednesday’s muddy hills. A 16k series of woodland loops from Petts Wood to Chislehurst via Jubilee Country Park, Petts Wood (woodland not suburb), Scadbury Park and Hawkwood. Saw four bears, 64 dogs (🐕🦮🐕🦺🐩 per km) and 12 🐿️ but not as much mud as envisaged. #JogDivision #GreenRunners #RunningPunks

A cold, miserable & stupidly gloveless Catford #parkrun which was quite slippery underfoot. Won the qualifying round of the ‘Run Like a Leprechaun Cup.’ Moving dumped Lime Bikes & picking up abandoned coffee cups before, making train noises with a 2 year old afterwards. #GreenRunners #RunningPunks
