Hello, all. Friend, writer and editor @boondock60mm.bsky.social has written and published an adventure for Cepheus Engine (which works smoothly with Traveller). It is a gritty sci-fi adventure that works great with Scoundrels of Brixton setting.

SUBLIME SONGS: Harvest Moon

It hits me in the feels every time, for reasons I don't understand. I love every cover of this song. Cranky Neil can sure write lovely songs.

$37k in Kickstarter funds raised in 2024. Much of it went to freelancers (yay), printing costs, fees and upcoming taxes. Gary's Appendix is clearly the strongest title. As a part time publisher effort, cost and reward are on my mind. What should I do different for 2025? What will I do different?

Designing my first elements for Mausantara as a learning exercise in design and layout for Affinity. This is one of the cover variants. My 12 year old son had no idea I was working on this project until he saw this image. He was so excited to see #Mausritter set in Parahyangan he squeaked.

Well, for the moment Bsky is giving off strong vibes. While not the same as G+ was, it's quite good and lively and fun.

I think the G+ days were more innocent and unfiltered and things have changed in ways that make it impossible to ever go back there. For better or worse.

Good advice.
It doesn’t have to be every day, but part of continuing to live in the world we are in will be finding joy.

Put it on the calendar. Do you laugh your ass off playing D&D with friends? Put it on the calendar. Do you smile every time you jump on a trampoline? Schedule that shit.

Can I get eleven projects to Kickstarter in 2025? Probably not, but is doable unless we have a mild winter and I spent too much time playing disc golf. :D

Kickstarter fulfillments are a grind. The recent was small but complex due to the number of options.

What to listen to? This time it was the Fragile album from Yes. This version had tons of extra recordings of the songs so making it a loop. Very fun.

Which publisher are you excited about seeing Black Friday deals from this year? Last year, I picked up so much Free League material...an absurd amount. Not much I need ...but I am sure something will catch my eye... Like maybe a DCC haul?
