In my early years a trip on the 54 bus from Rodley to The Barley Mow and later McClaren Field was a regular trip. Though I later switched to Headingley in the late '60s and still go now.

Yes, the new coach seems to have made a difference, only worry is that he may be back in Oz after this season.

Didn't Liverpool play "Careless Hands" at HT at Anfield when Garry Sprake threw the ball in his own net? Something like that!

Thanks again, I have that setting at the moment, but that doesn't give me what I want.
Much appreciate your suggestions.

Thanks for the advice Joseph, but nothing seems to have changed, when I open up BlueSky I see a post that has just recently uploaded, but I want to see the post that was uploaded after the last time I was on BllueSky and then work towards the newest posts.

My gripe is that the first posts I see are the most recent, whereas I want to see the last post I read first...if that makes sense.

In the 80s I'd moved to Manchester from Leeds for work. An ex team mate I had played ameature with played for Kent Invicture and was playing Salford. He rang and asked I would be sub. A clear "no" from me.

Not listened yet but in addition to his Rugby League connection he was my teacher at Rodley CP school. During that time he taught us French which was very unusual in the early '60s. So much so that the BBC came to film us.

1968 was quite dramatic too.

Too true, but disappointed that Lenny the Lion isn't in there, or did I miss him?

Had a small part as an SA in St. Helens, very dramatic and impressive.
