To help get the name ideas flowing:
This particular fellow spends its days buried in the mud. Front legs are very small and useless, sometimes they just fall off. I’m not sure why they evolved to look this way, but it screams if you get too close..

In Cymru folklore Cŵn Annwn are the spectral hounds of the otherworld, with pure white fur and red tipped ears and tails. Their barking grows louder the further they run and quieter the closer they get.
