Are we supposed to be surprised that apple the company that has:
-For years fought to make users unable to repair their own devices
-Release phones with device-bricking bugs
-Threw a tantrum about being forced to use the most common charging port when told to do so for consumer convenience

Always happens with peoples "darling" company

I genuinely think its just a case like Bethesda where they don't listen for feedback, and they just have a really terrible work structure that it takes them 3 years to make something that could have otherwise been done in 1 with a good and healthy business structure.
So its them hindering themselves

Between the last game and this game there were also 3 years.
They don't have voice actors, they develop for one console and not multiple and they don't have different online game modes.
COD wasn't massively different each game but there was still a lot of work put on display. In pokemon there isn't.

I don't.
Its literally the most valuable IP in the world and you're telling me they can't ask for a bit more resources? More developers?
Its clearly a case like Bethesda, which releases poorly running games with bugs that were fan-patched decades ago in new releases.
Its incompetence or negligence.
