The d20/3.X version of the IK monster manuals (Monsternomicon I and II) are top notch books. Written in the style of a wandering scholar, with possible encounters for each creature entry.
Plus, instead of the usual rehash of monsters and creatures, there were a host of "plausible" fantasy beasts.

A few months ago, I found the old RTB07 kit (original plastic Imperial Guard), shrink wrapped for sale... at about half my monthly salary. 🤯

Lord of Poxes: designer thought "how many extra small parts can I subdivide this thing in?" and the answer was "Yes".
Body has like 6 different main elements, plus an extra fiddly tube.
Goes together surprisingly easy, has great presence, I don't look forward to paint it.

Succubus: incredibly fiddly kit, but it's a Dark Eldar, so it's expected. Cool factor equals amount of pain, etc.
Used the blast pistol arm from the Archon kit, as IDGAF.
