My next move is setting up my own server so I can self host everything. But for a MS Office replacement I use LibreOffice (free!) and Notesnook is a really cool app for things I would use Google docs for

I've removed 90% of Google apps from my phone and I only run open source/offline apps. Not done yet, but I'm getting really particular about data sharing these days
