I didn't get to come out until 11 years ago, when I was 51. I started HRT a year later. As much as I would have loved to transition when I was young and good looking, I have no regrets.

I don't know enough about the subject to comment, but I agree that it's very disturbing "sport".

There's a whole lot of truth in that! I didn't figure out that I was on the spectrum until a year or so ago. I'm 62 and all of a sudden my entire weird life started to make more sense. So many little things bothered me that didn't bother other people. It was quite liberating to finally understand.

Especially when you are working a rare 6-day week and today was your only day off. 😬
