As I’m currently focusing on everything OSPO, are there any talks or interviews that you feel that I need to watch/hear? I probably have it on my list, but there is so much and I would love to get some feedback on what to prioritize.

Use Signal. We promise, no AI clutter, and no surveillance ads, whatever the rest of the industry does. <3

When people say things like “just focus”, as if ADHD is something one can just turn off. We can focus, but it requires much more energy than most others, and that energy quickly runs out. If the only tip you have is to “focus”, then you might as well not say anything.

I keep on trying to keep up to date with things, but I keep on forgetting to check certain websites and such. RSS has always made sense to me, but I haven’t really found a great way to consume them. Any suggestions on RSS readers or tools that I should check out?

I tried the @kagi.com small web feature for the first time, and on the third result I got a new post about the latest version of SuperTuxKart, and this just blew my mind. I totally forgot this thing even existed, and to find that it is under active development? Some things truly never change 😅

Complex solutions are often chosen over simpler ones, even when unnecessary. While complexity is sometimes needed, Complexity Bias can make us overlook easier paths. Reflect on your choices and choose less resistance when possible, recognizing multiple solutions exist.

Tomorrow, I will be hosting my first tabletop role-playing campaign as a game master. I have been thinking about doing this since I started with TT RPG about 20 years ago, and I guess it's about time I did something about it 🤓

The idea that if something does not work for you, then it must be wrong for everyone, baffles me. I have seen so many articles that claim they know best because their team did not succeed. There is a reason why the most uttered answer by a consultant is "it depends".

May is both #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth and open source #MaintainerMonth. Coincident? 🤔

In Oslo, and want to have a Go(od) time? Well, then Go over to this page and join the next Go Oslo meetup! I promise that I won't be speaking at this event, so I won't have the chance of doing any more of those great jokes... 🤓

Someone needs to let Machine Head know that using Scandinavian letters is fucking hilarious for us non-American. I'm looking forward to seeing them live again, but I am more looking forward to hearing everyone at tons of Rock talk about the newest albums while pronouncing all the Ø's in Norwegian.

Why is it that no browser is perfect? Every time I try a new one, there always has to be something that is less than stellar. What browsers are people using these days?

Next up in my "ergo everything" journey, the Logitech MX Ergo S Advanced. While it doesn't seem to have that much tenting, it does actually feel pretty good over time. Not that easy to get used to moving the mouse with only the thumb, but give me a couple of days 😅

I want to start writing articles again. The reason why I stopped was because the easiest things to write, solving technical issues, are boring as hell for me. It's helpful for people, but it doesn't do it for me. I want to write thoughtful articles, but I struggle to finishing them.

Tomorrow I will be traveling to #Milan for the second time. Last time I did not get to explore the city at all, so this time we will be there for almost a week. Besides the typical tourist stuff, what is worth checking out while there? Anything nerdy is appreciated 🤓

I got everything that I needed out of Easter. Multiple days in a row with nothing but relaxing, gaming, and hanging with my girlfriend and the most hormone-stricken dog ever. OK, the last part I could do without, but I had a lot of surplus energy to deal with it 😅

I just started subscribing to #kagi, a search engine. I have been using "free" search engines for my entire life, but the user experience has been pretty bad for the last decade or more. Paying for a service solves a lot of these problems for me, and my searches are so much more efficient now 🎉
