Every since, my stories are getting routinely blasted so that nothing can get close to the top lists.

I have a story in the first time category that after 200+ votes was in the top ten all time list. It would climb into the top five and then get down voted into the twenties. It would climb back up and it would happen again. Finally it was bombarded until it wasn't even in the top 100.
