Scrap the 'BBC Politics' department. It's slop. Gossipy, pointless, useless, one-sided slop. Nobody is more informed by the Kuenssbergs and Masons of this world or the 'neutral' vox-pops. And it harms their other largely excellent news departments by association. #BBCPolitics
BBC have interviewed this woman as a business spokesperson, she rants about Brexit aspirations being stolen, they forgot to mention she is a Reform spokesperson and was a Brexit party MEP

I laughed at GP's radio message - it was very obviously intended as a dry joke the way he delivered it.
Marko repeating what was very obviously a joke as if it were a cold, hard fact (I assume he didn't bother checking 🙄) is the issue. Silly old sod. 😑

I mean, I have faith, but went through a long period of not just atheism but anti-theism and honestly don’t think it’s OK to mock Badenoch for having a crisis of faith over a woman being tortured and abused by her father for 24 years. This is a very valid and empathetic reason to have one, FFS

Is the notion of a non-believer who had a religious upbringing rejecting God at the age of 28 really that unbelievable? Or that hearing Fritzl's daughter speak could've conceivably been the straw that broke the camel's back? 🤔

Not that we should be arguing whether a policy is right or not on the basis of a minority religion, injecting this into politics feels horribly American, but if you're going to at least try to do it with a modicum of logic. Talk about values maybe, not what existed when Jesus was alive. 🙄
