Interesting review thank you! I'm a fan of Paver usually because i think she writes growing unease and a sense of dread and haunting well. So to hear that that's the aspect that misses the mark in Rainforest is a surprise.

You can take mobility scooter batteries and powerchair batteries on trains and they absolutely will assess if it looks safe and will prevent people from boarding if they don't like the look of it. If they're able to do that then with better staffing why couldn't they with ebikes as well?
