Morning tea: a 2021 dragon ball- a tangerine stuffed with Shu Puerh. Orange marmalade, brioche, toasted almonds, dark chocolate, pannacotta. Gives a calm yet refreshingly bright energy.

Long morning! Saw my endocrinologist this AM & my A1C was 5.7. He said if it remains below 6.0 in 6 months we can start reducing my meds.
1st tea of the day is Irish Breakfast, the tea that Julie, a long ago lover, got me started with tea. She passed away 2 years ago. But I remember her with love❤️
