One of the dangers, of starting a new book by @nolore.bsky.social, is that you will, no doubt, be both saddened and enraged by the subject. Only two chapters into Corporate Control, book 2 of her Canada in Decline series, and this observation is very much holding true. The Death Star seems apropos.

On a tangent from *waves around at everything* all this, wanted to share my stà:xwelh are making their hearts for our Every Child Matters ceremony tomorrow. They take this one seriously.

Last part of a scene that I’ve been sharing this week that I got a photograph of, black-and-white photo of a series of boats, crashed up against a lighthouse and Rocky shore. All of it is models that have been homemade. I think it was cute.

My 10 minute hall pass has certainly taken a beating this school year.

One of the things I’ve never gotten used to is that it’s time for me to go to bed but it’s still daylight outside at 10:22 pm.
