At long last I’ve climbed out of the journey through Mirkwood that was Bree Crossroads’ hiatus. It feels good to get back to guiding folks across Middle-earth & the Tolkien Community. Thank you to everyone who encouraged me to find and use my voice again.

Just found my new favorite Éowyn art, a piece by Michael Kaluta (1994). The style reminds me of the covers of the very first fantasy series I ever read. I love seeing a heroine I connect with so deeply now drawn similarly to the badass heroines who first sparked my love of fantasy.

4. Your Favorite Age: Second Age

I fell in love with the Second Age because of Unfinished Tales, Rings of Power, and of course, LOTRO.

3. Favorite Tolkien Adaptation: LOTRO

I could go on and on about how beloved this adaptation is to me, why it's my favorite, etc... 🙈😊

2. Favorite Tolkien Song or Poem: Bath Song
