Nice solid dual deck. Having Dolby C as an option is a pretty good mark of a decent deck, even though I don’t recommend using any kind of Dolby (since different decks are calibrated differently). Don’t be like me — remember to clean the heads and rollers with alcohol & Q-tip every 10 hours

Remember to use it once in a while, otherwise the motor can develop something called “dead spots” that will cause it to die suddenly

If a seller doesn’t list exactly what was done to a deck, the you can assume that basically nothing was done except some dust blown out.

Ha! He got really angry at me once for asking him to wait a day before shipping an item to me. There’s definitely a certain kind of person who gets into fixing electronics and I just love them.
